Guest post - hello from Sweep.

Hello everyone, I'm Sweep and I'm doing a guest post about my lesson today.

 

 

We've been working on a version of straightness training, and today was my turn to give it a go.  I learnt very quickly the lowering of my head and 'stelling', as well as moving in step with my handler.  It was loads of fun - I had a great time!



A hack!

I went for a nice long hack with Alex today.  We were out for about an hour and I only spooked once (at a couple of scary German Shepherds, but they're predators to us horses, so Alex forgave me).

Hello!  Merlin here - just thought I'd introduce myself.

I'm a 14.2hh, grey Connemara gelding, 15 years old.  I live with my friends Jolly, Sweep and Vento, and two donkeys called Tiggy and Arthur, as well as my human, Alex.  

This blog is going to be my diary and will also have some guest posts from other members of my herd!
